Terms & Conditions - Free Burger Promo
1. Eligibility & Redemption:
- Winners of the Free Burger Promo are entitled to receive one (1) free burger per calendar month.
- To redeem the free burger, the winner must personally visit a Burger Temptation store during regular business hours.
- The winner is required to present a valid photo ID at the time of redemption to verify their identity.
- The free burger can only be redeemed in person; winners cannot designate someone else to collect the burger on their behalf.
- Phone orders, online orders, or any other method of ordering for the free burger are not allowed under this promotion.
2. Promo Duration:
- The Free Burger Promo is valid from November 31, 2024, to November 31, 2025.
- Each monthly free burger must be redeemed within the respective calendar month. Unredeemed burgers will not roll over to the next month and will be forfeited.
3. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value:
- The free burger offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other menu item.
- The free burger offer is limited to one (1) burger per month, per winner. Additional toppings, sides, or drinks are not included in the promotion and must be purchased separately.
4. Social Media Display:
- By participating in the Free Burger Promo, winners consent to their name being displayed on Burger Temptation’s social media platforms as part of the promotional activities. This may include, but is not limited to, posts announcing winners and updates related to the promotion.
5. Additional Terms:
- Burger Temptation reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner at any time during the promotion period.
- Burger Temptation reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any misuse of the promotion, including attempts to redeem multiple free burgers within a single month or to redeem the offer without proper identification, may result in disqualification from the promotion.
6. General Conditions:
- By participating in this promotion, the winner agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.
- Burger Temptation is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired IDs, or for any issues related to the redemption process outside of its control.
